Indiana

Last year I visited my friend Josie for the 4th of July. Josie and I fist met through emails about 3 years ago. She thought I was weird. No joke, the girl thought I was a weirdo. We were both 18 and heading for a new adventure. I remember meeting Josie in Hawaii. Her sweet smile and her funny valley girl accent that I to this day tease her about, just made me like her right away, but little did I know what great friends we would become. Over the next 6 month the longest we were apart was 3 days. (And believe me they were a sad 3 days) We look back now and laugh because we were just babies! We experienced so much in those 6 months. I can still remember the day we had to split ways. Josie was headed to Indiana and I was headed for Hotlanta. I remember hugging her and walking away with big alligator tears sliding down my cheeks.

We finally reunited last year on the 4th. It was awesome. I met Josie's family and immediately loved them all! Josie's family is incredible, I can't say enough about them!

Then Josie Kay came to Ga and saw me graduate. This past March.

This year I decided that I needed to go to IN again for the 4th to continue the tradition.

I had a BLAST! I can't even begin to describe how much fun I had. My trip was just all around awesome. It consisted of camping, reading, napping, playing games and just having quality family time.

Here are some photos from my trip.

Josie and I did a mini photo shoot. Isn't her dress great? Goodwill =)
