Birthday awesomeness!

My 21st birthday was awesome! I got to see my brother at 6 in the morning. I got a present from my ever so wonderful friend Aura at 7 and by noon I was requesting a license to carry permit at the probate office. I can't wait I'll get it in 3 weeks! Then I was off to Columbus to see my sister in law. Friday was all about Lauren and the wonderful accomplishment of graduating from Airborne. I'm so proud of her! Then Saturday finally arrived! 20 or so people showed up and we rocked it out by playing soccer. I had such a blast. I felt so loved and appreciated. It was a wonderful day. I have wonderful friends and I can't thank them enough for coming and spending time with me.

I'm really sad this is the last day of my birth month but it really was great.

Thank you to everyone who has made it wonderful.

A blog post is always better with pictures!

These are my friends from college and they all drove from so far away to come to my party. They are wonderful!

Blake Golden

Blake Golden is almost 5. In the words of his mother, "He is all boy!" He picks up on the little things that surround him. He knows all about megatron and the rest of the transformers gang. His eyes, his hair, his cute pinchable cheeks they all just comes together! He was all energy and ready to play. He was a challenge to photograph but then again, what 4 year old is easy to photograph? = )

I loved the way these turned out.

Tony and Kathryn's wedding

I photographed Tony and Kathryn's wedding yesterday in Athens, Ga. Ashleigh came along and helped. She did an amazing job, she rocks. The wedding was great, the people were nice and Kathryn and Tony were truly wonderful to us! I'm not finished editing the pictures yet but I wanted to post some of my favorites for you to enjoy.

I would write something funny or creative here but I ran 6 miles today and I can hardly keep my eyes open!

Enjoy,

Laughter is good for your heart!

Well It's no secret that I love to laugh. And I laugh ridiculously loud. Ask anyone who went to North GA Tech while I was there and they will tell you that I could be heard laughing a mile before I even got to them. I love to laugh and I love a good joke. The more corny the joke... the more I like it! For example... my favorite joke is one that I found in a cracker jacks box....

Why was the frog happy?

Because he ate everything that bugged him! hahaha it gets me every time!

I love this one too!.... what do you get when you cross a cow with a belly dancer?

A milkshake!

I was looking up some jokes online and I found these.

Something that fascinates me is peoples different senses of humor. For example you could be reading and looking at my jokes that I've posted and you could be sitting there thinking to yourself, "Well that sara girl sure is strange, none of these jokes are funny at all!" then you will click off of my blog and check your facebook and never think about my jokes again..... I don't understand how one person can find something funny and the other not find it in the least bit funny. It's really strange to me.

Well, if you don't think that anything I've written is funny... I mean nothing in this post has even made you crack a smile... send me a joke that you think is funny and then we can see if I think it is funny.

And If I've made you laugh till you cried today... well, send me a joke anyway. I love jokes! Or even funny stories. I'll accept them all and let you know if I think they are funny or not.

Birthday month

Hey this is Sara Chapman.... remember me? Yeah, I figured it was time for an update. First on all I have to announce that it's my birth month. Yes, on the 25th I'll be 21.

My sister in law is in town. Well, she is in Columbus for flight school. So we get to see her on the weekends.

This past week I spent my evenings teaching a bunch of little kids how to play soccer. It was a lot of fun coming up with games for them to play. World cup was a huge favorite with the older kids and red light green light SHOOT! Was a favorite with the 5 year olds. One little five year old liked to throw his bright yellow soccer ball in my face... every... single... day. One day he threw so hard I almost wanted to cry. But then I reminded myself that he was 5. So I didn't.

That's really the only update I have.... oh my soccer team ended the season with 2 awesome wins. Go hot shots. We were undefeated this year. It's so much fun to play with them.

Well, I'm tired so I'm off to bed. I'm driving to the mountains tomorrow so my heart is happy.

I'll end this post with a great picture of me and my wonderful sister in law! I love having her close by.
