Foot Phobia

Ok, so I understand that a lot of people have a feet phobia. I looked it up on the urban dictionary and this is what I found
...
An irrational fear of feet.
This fear can be of the persons own feet or feet of someone elses.
The fear can have different side affects such as fear of stepping in shoe shops or even shops that sell socks.
The fear can also be feet in general (Ex. looking at feet) or of looking and/or touching bare feet.

People with feet phobias are not diseased and there is nothing wrong with them.

Podophobia sufferers sometimes recieve taunts from non suffers:

Person one: Can you put some shoes on please?
Person two: Why?
Person one: Coz I have a foot phobia
Person two: hahahhahahahahahahhaha rotfl *waves feet in face*

If you have a foot phobia, I'm sorry. But I'm sick and tired of being stepped on EVERY soccer game. It's the worst! It also takes forever to heal. So check it out.... (you will have to excuse my toe nail polish... it's hard for a soccer player to keep their toe nails painted. Also, we tend to have ugly feet!)

Anyway, this is what I've been whining about all day. = )

Fall is in the air!

I can feel it, smell it, taste it, it's the Fall! I love the Fall, it's my favorite season. Tomorrow will be officially the first day of Fall. I'm pretty excited I'm thinking of having a Fall party where everyone dresses up as leaves and jumps off trees. But I'm not sure who all is going to be game for that. Anyway, I've had a pretty busy week so today I have many subjects I could blog about. We just came back from FL and I got to take pictures of my cousins Alexia and Jason. Dad took pictures of my little cousin Julian for some stock shots. He got some amazing pictures. My Aunt, Mechi got to come with us. She is such an amazing Aunt and an amazing person! When we came back I brought my boyfriend some authentic Puerto Rican food and drink. There was much celebration.

Then we had a brilliant idea to escape the crappy, rainy weather on Saturday and go to the water zoo (also known as the aquarium). Apparently, everyone else in Atlanta had the same idea because it was so crowded you had to catch glimpses of the fish in between the silhouettes of people pointing and taking pictures. But it was still fun and we had a good time.

The next day the icky weather blew north and we were able to go Kayaking the the back yard. I haven't been since 2007 so as you can imagine I was beyond giddy excitement. I'll reiterate, the weather was perfect. The water was high but not too high. As we maneuvered around fallen trees we noticed a blue heron that kept flying just ahead of us. As we continued we found muscadines that proved to be a perfect snack. I wish I could describe to you how peaceful the creek was. It was relaxing yet exciting. I'm so thankful to God for the beauty that I was able to experience yesterday. It was awesome!

Sara? You there?

Keeping up a blog can be a pain at times. For example today... It feels like I have nothing to write about. But I haven't written in a while. So I feel pressured to write something. So I'm forced to stare at my computer screen until I think of something to write about. So let's see what I can come up with.

Past

The other day I called the wrong person and almost had my parents and I singing "Happy Birthday" to her. I laughed about it for hours. Especially when my friend called me back and wanted to know why I had called. She said she wished we had sung to her anyway.

Present

My ears are currently listening to Nickel Creek and they are happy. It makes for wonderful relaxing, slow running music. I am also contemplating pealing off my pink nail polish. Pretty much the only reason I paint my nails is for the enjoyment of chipping off the paint. It's very therapeutic. I also need to fix my hair again. It's looking rather rough.

Future

I'm running a 10k on Monday. I'm really excited about it. It should be a challenging course and I'm running with a lot of friends. And we get to play in the water park at the end... although I'm hoping it gets a little hotter by then.
I'm coaching my first practice with Upward soccer on Thursday. That should be a lot of fun. I have the youngest age group. It should be exciting.

Well, that's all I could come up with. I hope that satisfies your " I wonder what's Sara is up to?" questions.
